OK, who's going to shine this season? Tynecastle to maintain their run of form late last season? Leith Colts step up to where Leith were last year? MW to continue their high standard? Will the newcomers step up to the plate? Can Haddington and AC Oxgangs stay up? Will Loanhead improve their position?
Whaddya think?

I dont think Leith Colts will take over from leith, i heard they lost alot of there players to Edina, Tynie,Mussy or Hutchy for the Title. Haddington and AC should hold there own against so called weaker teams.

Amazing. Players deciding to play in Div 3 instead of Div 1. The amount of potential players i had last year that said "not going to Div2" and would rather freeze watching a match in div 1 on a Sunday rather than playing.
i wish Edina all the best, i just find it bizarre that they have managed to retain the players that are clearly able toplay in div 1.

rumour is that Tynie have made a few signings so they will be strong. Don't know about movement in other teams so guess that Edin City Hutchy and MW will be closest challengers.
I think all three newcomenrs will hold their own

In my experience I have detected a significant gap between the First and Second Division sides at 1995s. I shouldn't be surprised if the 'three' promoted teams struggle. With so few games to play their ultimate placing may come down to which, if any, of these sides adapts quickest and how the early fixtures pan out.

Both Tynie and Hutchie lost quite a few players so difficult to judge. Hutchie have only 7 players remaining from last season's squad, so it will be interesting to see who the new coach brings in.
Mussy have added to last season's squad so do look stronger. Edin. City will be there or there abouts.
The others may find it a long season.
Mussy for me.

Only main player Tynecastle looked to have lost is the goalie who went to livi. Only two other players have gone from last season and think they seemed more like 'squad' players. Think they have brought in 6 new ones in total so quite a strong looking squad again. Agree that Mussy, Tynie and prob edin city will be up there again. Let's hope a team from this region can eventually win the Scottish Cup!!

I understand that Mussy have brought in a new goalkeeper from pro-youth. But hey, what do I know, maybe he's left again.
